He combines military discipline with modern security best practices to safeguard personnel, assets, and information. His expertise spans threat assessment, access control, and crisis management, underpinned by a focus on compliance, ethics, and operational continuity. He emphasizes proactive defense, clear communication, and collaborative leadership to align security initiatives with organizational objectives.
Haguma Vincent,CSMP
A retired Rwandan army officer with a degree in International Relations, and a Certified Security Management Professional (CSMP) from the International Security Management Institute (ISMI). He brings extensive knowledge of the United Nations Security Management System (UNSMS), humanitarian security operations, and corporate security management, with proven expertise in designing, evaluating, and implementing physical protection systems.
